This page explains how to delete your account and data in the Kaç Gün? - Gün hesaplama app (developer: BZC Digital).

1. Delete your account and all data

If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in.
  2. Use the subject line "Kaç Gün? - Account deletion request".
  3. State your sign-in method (Google or Apple). If you used Apple's "Hide My Email", include the email address generated by Apple.
  4. Your request will be processed within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

2. Delete your data without deleting your account

You can delete the dates you saved at any time from within the app, without deleting your account:

  1. Open the app and tap the entry you want to delete.
  2. Tap the Delete icon in the top right and confirm.
  3. The entry, including its title, date, note, color and emoji, is immediately deleted from our servers.

You can also request deletion of specific data by emailing [email protected].

3. Guest users

If you use the app as a guest, your account is not linked to an email address. You can delete your entries in the app using the steps above. To have your account fully deleted, first save your account with Google or Apple in the app, then follow the steps in section 1.

4. Data that is deleted or kept

Data What happens
Account information (name, email, user ID) Permanently deleted.
Your saved dates, titles and notes Permanently deleted.
App usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) Unlinked from your identity. Aggregated statistics that contain no personal information are kept for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Advertising data (Google AdMob) Processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Backups Copies remaining in system backups are deleted within 30 days.
